It wasn't the biggest snub in WNBA history -- that would be Candace Parker in 2016 -- but it still a snub and a wrong one at that. It came within a point or 2 of costing them the Gold Medal as the team struggled with no healthy true point guard that could create for other players. Diana Taurasi (age) and Chelsea Gray (injury) were defensive liabilities and neither one of them should have been on the team (especially Taurasi, they had plenty of veteran leadership). Taurasi (2004), Candace Parker (2008) and Breanne Stewart (2016) were all put on the team straight out of college with no Senior International experience. Clark had already demonstrated her unique ability to spread the offence with her logo 3's and make her teammates way better with her never seen before great passing. As Paul Pierce said "This was the biggest ball drop since New Years."
